Over the past five year’s we’ve accumulated a bunch of random audio and video.
-
First two clips are a rehearsal of the transformation of Samson of Delilah from how we used to play it (Even the Sun recorded version) to the newer sparse version we played out when Sasha joined up on K2. If you’ve ever wanted to know what a Fosforo rehearsal is like then you can check this out. Encoded in OGG (mono) – IBM T23 PIII 1.13 laptop’s on board crystal audio input and Audacity. Source recording device is a Sony MD walkman on a unknown day at the El Bungalow living room.

Next up is a random show. Don’t remember the day. Don’t remember the venue. Same MD walkman but on LP2 so the quality is gritty. First tune is Breakin Out and the second is Burning Girl. The fact that I had the MD and just the way the room sounds suggests that this could have been at the Good Hurt in Venice. Note to rest of band: We lag between songs and we really should have set lists and rehearse in performance mode.
Breakin Out Burning Girl (at the end we went into Lot’s Wife)

Rafi has Ableton now so watch out!
