Roasted Garlic Mashed Cauliflower
I absolutely love mashed potatoes. For my entire life mashed potatoes has been my favorite dish. Unfortunately, within the last several years it seems that every time I eat potatoes my tongue swells. I came across a recipe for mashed cauliflower that tastes wonderful and is more nutritious.
Roasted garlic mashed cauliflower Real Food Recipes is a great substitute for mashed potatoes. For this recipe, you will need to reheat your oven to 400 degrees. To roast garlic, take two large garlic bulbs and cut them in half horizontally. Put one teaspoon of butter on each bottom half and replace the tops. Wrap each bulb in aluminum foil that is lined with parchment paper. Place on a baking sheet and bake for one hour. Remove from oven and allow to cool for ten minutes before removing wrapping. Then cool for another ten minutes until the bulbs are cool enough for handling. Cut the cauliflower into florets after removing the stem. You should have about 15 cups. Combine cauliflower, two cups of chicken stock and one teaspoon of sea salt in a large pot. Bring this to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 25 minutes. Drain well using a large colander. Place the cauliflower back in the pot and reduce to low heat. Add one-half cup of butter, one teaspoon of sea salt, one-quarter teaspoon of black pepper and a dash of cayenne. Place a cover and allow the butter to melt. Mash with a potato masher and combine well. When roasted garlic is ready to be handled, squeeze the bulbs over the pot and let the cloves fall into the pot but discard the empty shells. With the potato masher, combine the garlic with the cauliflower. Two tablespoons of chives can be added right before serving warm and Eat Nourishing.

How to Make California Roll Sushi
This particular sushi is not only popular in California, but also around the world. California roll sushi has great flavors that appeal to all ages.
The ingredients required to make this scrumptious dish is as follow;
1 cup sushi rice
8 nori seaweed sheets
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
½ cup imitation crabmeat, finely chopped
1 avocado, peeled, thinly sliced lengthwise
½ cucumber, peeled, cut into long, thin matchsticks
